Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. All our photos are taken from the actual products.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions, but the design and quality are exactly as shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your digital receipt.
You can also view it anytime in your My Account → Orders section.

How can I return an item?

You can return any unworn, non-customized item within 14 days of delivery.
Simply contact our support team via email or WhatsApp to start the return process.
Customized or printed items can only be returned if they are defective.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

We frequently restock our popular styles.
If an item is currently unavailable, you can click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page, and we’ll alert you once it’s back in stock.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship all over Turkey via trusted local couriers such as Yurtiçi, Aras, and MNG Cargo.
Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
