Our return policy allows you to exchange or return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Important: Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or printed apparel
- Discounted / sale items
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp to initiate the return request.
- You will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please mention it when contacting support.
We will confirm product availability and assist you with the process.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
